Shipping Policy

For all our shipping and courier of our products we use the trusted courier service FASTWAY. Their quick and easy to track parcel system will give you peace of mind to know exactly where your package is and when it arrives :)

 

*Please also note that 3rd party items are not ordered until payment is received.

In the case of OUTLYING AREAS or LARGE ORDERS, we reserve the right to use any cost effective delivery method.

 

If we are unable to obtain a cost effective shipping rate to your location we will advise you of the additional shipping costs and the following options will apply:

  • You can pay those additional shipping costs or

  • Arrange your own courier from our warehouse or

  • Cancel your order and receive a full refund

 

Delivery Times:

We endeavor to ensure all orders are shipped out as soon as possible! Orders placed after 1pm will only be processed the following day. 

Not all items are kept on location and as such orders may take from 3-5 Working days to dispatch from our suppliers. If there is any further delay you will be notified.

Depending on location your order will be delivered within 3-5 Working days after dispatch from our location,

however  if your location is remote, shipping times can vary substantially.

 

Delivery Address:

  • Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Where possible please use a business address for delivery as the courier will not leave a package without signature.

 

Undeliverable packages:

  • Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. 

 

Order processing:

  • Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflected in our bank account. Orders placed after 1pm are only processed the following day.

 

Delivery Policy:

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. Please do not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions as displayed. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase.
